The ACH (Automated Clearing House) program is available for customers who would like to make paying their bills more convenient each month. By choosing to pay your bill via ACH, you ensure your bill is paid each billing period and eliminates penalties/late fees. ACH is the most reliable and economical payment system available to financial institutions and their customers. In an ACH transaction, your payment will be debited (subtracted) on the due date of your bill from the checking or savings account you designate.

To enroll in automatic payments via ACH, simply fill out the Automatic Payment Authorization form and include a copy of a check, or voided check, from the designated bank account (no deposit slips please).

For your convenience, you may also enroll in automatic payments via ACH. On our website go to manage your account to register then look under the ‘Manage Your Account’ section of our home page to select your payment method.

►  Pinery Online Bill Payment & Account Management

NEWLY AVAILABLE…  you are now able to view your current account balance, current and previous statements, make payments as well as view your payment history online – 24/7!   Accounts are updated regularly by the District staff.

To register, make sure that you have your latest bill handy – you will need your four-digit account number, primary account holder’s name as well as service location address (as printed on your bill).   A phone number and email address must also be provided to the District for registration.  This contact information will be kept confidential.

In addition, if you wish to make an online payment, here is where it all begins. This service may be useful to you for last minute or late payments.

►  Credit/Debit Card Payments

Credit/debit card payments may be made via phone by calling 1-844-413-6123 or online by clicking on the ‘Manage Your Account’ button on our home page;  VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.

*NEW PAYMENT OPTION: Customers now have the option to make partial payments over the phone using the credit card line. Partial credit card payments can now be made over the phone. Previously, the credit card payment phone line only allowed paying the full balance. You can now pay any amount up to the current balance due by entering the amount you want to pay.

Please note, a 3% convenience fee will be assessed for all credit/debit payments made via phone or online.  The fee amount will be collected by the secure payment processing vendor to cover the cost of the transaction; it is NOT collected by the District. You will be able to review the convenience fee amount prior to finalizing and submitting your payment.

Currently, the District is not accepting credit/debit card payments in person at the District office.
