The ACH (Automated
Clearing House) program is now available for our
customers who would like to make paying their bills more convenient. By
choosing to pay your bill via ACH, you ensure your bill is paid each billing
period and eliminates late fees. ACH is the most reliable and economical
payment system available to financial institutions and their customers. In
an ACH transaction, your payment will be debited (subtracted) on the due
date of your bill from the checking or savings account you designate.
Just fill out the
Automatic Payment Authorization form and
include a copy of a check, or voided check from the designated bank account
(no deposit slips please). Please mail the form to Pinery Water & Wastewater
District, P. O. Box 1660, Parker, CO 80134, or drop the form off at our
district office located at 5242 Old Schoolhouse Rd., Parker, CO 80134

Online Bill Payment & Account
Management
NEWLY AVAILABLE… at no charge, you are now able to view your current account
balance, as well as your payment history online - 24/7! Accounts are
updated regularly by the District staff.
To
register,
make sure that
you have your latest bill handy - you will need your current, 5-digit
account number and service address available (as printed on your bill). A
phone number and email address must also be provided to the District for
registration. This contact information will be kept confidential.
In addition, if you wish to make an
online payment,
here is where it all begins. This service may be useful to you for last
minute or late payments. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
are now accepted.
Please note, a
convenience fee
will be
assessed prior to submitting your payment. The fee is based on your payment
amount.

$3.00 fee for a $0 - $50 online payment.
►
$3.50 fee for a $50.01 to $100 online payment.
►
$3.50 fee for each additional $100 or portion thereof (no limit).
The fee is collected by the secure payment processing vendor to
cover the cost of the transaction; it is NOT collected by the District. You
will be able to review the convenience fee amount prior to finalizing and
submitting your payment.
Credit card payments are now available
only
through this online feature - the District is not currently accepting credit
card payments over the phone or in person at the District office.

The District will never send
you an email requesting you to validate personal information. Please be
advised that we will never ask for you to update your social security
number, date of birth, driver's license number, or other sensitive
